Mastery In Injection Moulding
APPM have a profound mastery of injection moulding techniques with over 30 years of experience. Our company has cultivated a wealth of knowledge and expertise in this specialized field, positioning us as industry leaders. From material selection to mould design, tooling, and production processes, we possess a comprehensive understanding of every facet of injection moulding. By staying at the forefront of technological advancements and industry best practices, we consistently deliver exceptional results. Our proficiency in injection moulding empowers us to handle diverse projects with unmatched precision and efficiency, ensuring the highest quality outcomes for our valued customers.
Our injection moulding machines span a wide range, starting from a modest 20-ton capacity and reaching up to a substantial 3000-ton capacity. This diverse range allows us to accommodate the production of plastic components varying in weight, from as light as 0.1 gram to exceeding 8 kilograms. In total, we possess a fleet of 55 injection molding machines, providing us with ample capacity to meet a broad spectrum of manufacturing requirements.
Total Project Management
APPM possesses a cohesive team of project managers and project engineers responsible for overseeing and monitoring the advancement of new product projects prior to production commencement. These engineers undertake tasks such as planning, scheduling, coordinating, and closely collaborating with various departments, subsidiary companies, and customers to ensure that project deadlines and requirements are successfully fulfilled. The team's objective is to establish, communicate, and enforce appropriate process controls and criteria throughout local and global departments. Design and Development
APPM along with the sister company Aureumaex Metal, possess a considerable pool of skilled designers and engineers who specialize in offering tailored and innovative solutions for plastic mold design and development. Leveraging advanced computer-aided design (CAD) software like CATIA and AutoCAD, we have the proficiency to undertake tasks such as tool and mold design, generate 3D models, conduct virtual tests, and simulate design feasibility prior to actual fabrication. These capabilities are aimed at reducing development lead times, minimizing design errors, and ensuring the accuracy of designs aligns with customer expectations.
