Background
Aureumaex Precision Plastics (M) ("APPM") (formerly known as United More Sdn Bhd) was incorporated in Feb 1991 in Kulim Industrial Estate (northern state of Kedah) with a single factory.
In 2001, APPM experienced significant growth and expansion as they secured the Samsung TV display cover project, which marked the beginning of a long-standing partnership with Samsung Electronics Display (M) Sdn Bhd. The success of this collaboration led to APPM being recognized as Samsung's “Best Business Partner Of the Year” multiple times between 2001 and 2019, further cementing the strong relationship between the two companies.
Additionally, APPM established a relationship with Sony in 2005 through similar TV cover projects, and this partnership has continued to thrive and evolve to this day. The enduring partnerships with Samsung and Sony exemplify APPM's dedication to delivering exceptional products and fostering lasting relationships with industry leaders.
Aureumaex Group executed a strategic integration, bringing together the divisions of metal stamping, plastic injection moulding, and medical device manufacturing under a unified entity in August 2014. This integration prompted a rebranding, resulting in the current name, Aureumaex Precision Plastics (M). By consolidating these capabilities under a single banner, the company strengthens its position as a comprehensive provider of precision plastic components, further enhancing its ability to cater to the evolving needs of its customers.
